The past few years the HOA Board and management have fielded many comments regarding the use of fireworks in the Bridges of Deer Creek neighborhood. Recently the Board of Directors discussed the concerns of homeowners in board meetings and decided to adopt a policy that bans the use of fireworks for the safety of the community. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you about how Legacy Southwest Property Management LLC is addressing the current spread of COVID-19.
Staff members will be working remote and performing community inspections as usual. We ask that you make an appointment if you are needing to come to the Corporate office in Frisco.
We have disaster plans in place for telecommuting and our company is prepared to handle all business functions such as board meetings through GoToMeeting. We recommend that you postpone or cancel any large social events temporarily in order to help prevent the virus from spreading. The Legacy Family and it’s Homeowners health and well-being is priority, which is why these efforts are in place. Our homeowners should feel minimum impact as emails and phone calls will remain being answered during our normal operating hours, 9AM-5PM Monday-Thursday and Friday 9am-3pm. Just a little reminder that Trash and Recycle Bins are to be removed from the street and placed out of view on the evenings after the trash has been collected. Trash and Recycle Bins must be stored so as not to be visible from the street or adjacent lots.
