Celebration of Freedom

Event Starts: July 06, 2024

When: Saturday, July6, 2024

Where: BicentennialPark, 900 E. Glendale

Join the City for a day of celebration including live bands, foodtrucks, retail and craft vendors, kids activities, fireworks, and more! 

Admission is FREE! Activities and food may be purchased at anadditional cost.

10 a.m. - All American Kid Contest (NOTE: at Crowley Crossing,located at 201 E Main Street)

4 p.m. - Park opens

6 p.m. - Opening ceremony

6:30 p.m. - Intensity Bands

9:30 p.m. -  Fireworks

FreeBus Shuttle

Parking for the FREE shuttle bus service is provided at H.F.Stevens Middle School, located at 940 N. Crowley Road and ChampionX, located at901 N. Crowley Road. Continuous bus service is offered to and from the park forthe event. The shuttle begins at 5 p.m. and buses run every 15 minutes, withthe last shuttle leaving the park at 11 p.m.

REMINDER: There is no publicparking available in Bicentennial Park.

HandicapParking

Handicap parking is available at the main entrance of BicentennialPark from Bovell Street. You must show your placard or have handicap tags onyour vehicle to park, as there is a limited number of spaces. 

BicentennialPark will be closed from 8-4 p.m.

The park will be temporarily closed to the general public on July6, 2024, from 8-4 p.m. to allow for set up and preparations for the eventby City Council action R04-2024-414. Please info below.
