Celebration of Freedom

Event Starts: July 06, 2024

When: Saturday, July6, 2024
Where: BicentennialPark, 900 E. Glendale
Join the City for a day of celebration including live bands, foodtrucks, retail and craft vendors, kids activities, fireworks, and more!
Admission is FREE! Activities and food may be purchased at anadditional cost.
10 a.m. - All American Kid Contest (NOTE: at Crowley Crossing,located at 201 E Main Street)
4 p.m. - Park opens
6 p.m. - Opening ceremony
6:30 p.m. - Intensity Bands
9:30 p.m. - Fireworks
FreeBus Shuttle
Parking for the FREE shuttle bus service is provided at H.F.Stevens Middle School, located at 940 N. Crowley Road and ChampionX, located at901 N. Crowley Road. Continuous bus service is offered to and from the park forthe event. The shuttle begins at 5 p.m. and buses run every 15 minutes, withthe last shuttle leaving the park at 11 p.m.
REMINDER: There is no publicparking available in Bicentennial Park.

HandicapParking
Handicap parking is available at the main entrance of BicentennialPark from Bovell Street. You must show your placard or have handicap tags onyour vehicle to park, as there is a limited number of spaces.
BicentennialPark will be closed from 8-4 p.m.
The park will be temporarily closed to the general public on July6, 2024, from 8-4 p.m. to allow for set up and preparations for the eventby City Council action R04-2024-414. Please info below.

The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect a new Board of Directors, review 2022 and 2023 business, and discuss future plans for the HOA. In accordance with the Bylaws for the Bridges of Deer Creek Homeowners Association, Inc. you are hereby given notice that the 2021 Annual Meeting is being scheduled for September 15, 2021 at 6:30pm. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect a new Board of Director, review 2020 and 2021 business, and discuss future plans for the HOA. The association will be electing one (1) member to the Board of Directors. This meeting will be held via Zoom. Instructions to attend the meeting are attached. If you cannot attend please complete a proxy and return it to Ryan Smith.
Due to this being an online meeting and election no floor nominations will be taken. Candidacy forms need to be submitted by September 14, 2021. Online voting will open after the completion of the annual meeting. Voting will remain open for 24 hours. The Association anticipates posting election results within forty-eight hours of the annual meeting. In order to vote you must be registered on www.bridgesofdeercreekhoa.com.
